How many clients do you take a year?
Two to six, depending on engagement depth. Boutique isn't a positioning choice, it's what the work demands. The frameworks only land when we're present every week.
Who is "we"?
The work is led by Jędrzej Tabaczyński, with a small bench of senior associates brought in by invitation when an engagement asks for a specific expertise. No junior layer. There never will be.
How do you charge?
Fixed fee, by phase. Listen is two weeks at a fixed number. Build is scoped at the end of Listen and quoted with a single line. We don't bill by the hour. We don't pad timelines.
What does an engagement look like, week to week?
One day a week on site (or a structured remote equivalent). Continuous async between. A written weekly memo from us. A thirty-minute review with you. A decision log shared with whoever you nominate.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any specifics are discussed. We've signed mutual NDAs with every named client on this site, and many more we can't list.
Do you replace our engineers?
No. We work with your engineers. The week we leave, your team should be more capable than the day we arrived. If that's not the success criterion, we're the wrong people.
What is the smallest useful engagement?
A two-week Listen phase, or a ten-day Validation Sprint. Either tells you whether a longer engagement is worth your time, and gives you something useful regardless.
Where are you based?
Remote-first. Practice rooted in Chiang Mai and Warsaw, with travel for engagements that need on-site presence. We travel where the work asks for presence, and hold to written-first defaults the rest of the time.
How do we begin?
Write to contact@vons.pl. We reply within two working days, with either a forty-five-minute slot, or, if we're wrong for the work, a recommendation of someone who isn't.
